This spell generates a bank of fog, similar to a fog cloud, except that its vapors are yellowish green and poisonous. These vapors automatically kill any living creature with 5 or fewer HD (no save). A living creature with 6 to 14 HD is slain unless it succeeds on a Fortitude save (in which case it takes 1d6 points of Constitution damage each round while in the cloud).
A living creature with 15 or more HD takes 1d4 negative damage per cast level and 1d6 Constitution damage each round while in the cloud (a successful Fortitude save halves the damage). Holding ones breath doesn't help, but creatures immune to poison are unaffected by the spell.

Your touch deals 1d20 negative damage, and 1d12+4 points of Constitution damage (successful Fortitude saving throw for half Constitution damage.) The spell has a special effect on an undead creature. An undead touched by you takes no damage, but it must make a successful Will saving throw or flee as if panicked for 1d4 rounds + 1 round per caster level.
