Ninjas move through the shadows, striking down the unwary and vanishing again with ease. Ninjas walk where others cannot. They blend their training in stealth and assassination with a focused mind. Their rigorous preparation sharpens their minds and bodies, giving them supernatural abilities of stealth and making them phantoms in the eyes of many. Although ninjas in battle lack the staying power of martial characters such as fighters or barbarians, they excel at making combat occur on their terms-appearing and disappearing seemingly at a whim.

ABILITIES:

1: Ki Power - A ninja can channel his ki energy to manifest special powers of assassination, defence, stealth and mobility. Ki Powers can be used only if a ninja is wearing no armor and is unencumbered. When a charge is spent, he gains +1 bonus to Will Saves per DEX modifier for 2 rounds. A new charge of Ki Power is earned for each WIS modifier achieved without temporary buffs and every two ninja levels.

2: Ghost Step - A ninja can spend one charge of his Ki Power to become invisible for a short time. Using this ability is a swift action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Duration: 1 Round. Ki Power restoration: 5 Rounds.

4: Ninja Agility - A ninja can add his total Wisdom score to his Armor Class for 2 rounds when a Ki Power charge is spent.

5: Great Leap - A ninja can make long jumps without a running start, providing +10 bonus to jump rolls. This ability can be used only if he is wearing no armor and is carrying no more than a light load.

6: Ki Dodge - A ninja can spend one charge of his Ki Power to cause attacks against him to miss when it might otherwise hit. When a ninja activates this ability, his outline shifts and wavers, granting him high concealment, great spell resistance and some elemental immunity against all attacks for a short time. Duration: 2 Rounds. Ki Power restoration: 10 Rounds.

7: Acrobatics +5 - A ninja gains a +5 bonus to Jump and Tumble checks.

8: Ghost Strike - A ninja can spend one charge of his Ki Power to strike incorporeal and ethereal creatures as if they were corporeal. The ninja also can use this ability to strike foes on the material plane normally while ethereal, dealing 1 piercing damage equal to DEX modifier per Ninja level plus 1d6 piercing damage per Sneak Attack dice. If  the ninja is on ethereal plane, the attack also causes 2d6 positive damage per DEX modifier, but move him back to material plane. Ki Power restoration: 5 Rounds.

10: Ghost Step (ethereal) - A ninja can spend one charge of his Ki Power to become ethereal when using Ghost step instead of becoming invisible. Duration: 1 Round. Ki Power restoration: 5 Rounds.

18: Greater Ki Dodge - A ninja can spend one charge of his Ki Power to grant total concealment, incredible spell resistance and high elemental, magical and negative immunity for a short time. Duration: 2 Rounds. Ki Power restoration: 10 Rounds.

20: Ghost Walk - A ninja can spend one charge of his Ki Power to enter the Ethereal Plane for an extended period of time. Hostile actions will cancel the effect. If there is only one charge of Ki Power remaining. Duration: 5 Rounds. Ki Power restoration: 10 Rounds.

- Main attribute: Dexterity (DEX);
- Best Races: Ninja equipment will be only usable by: Human, Half-Elf;
- Ninja Spy Sneak Attack will stack with Ninja's Sneak Attack;
- DEX used for Ghost Strike damage, WIS for Ki Power charges and AC;
- Ninja levels will increase Ghost Strike physical damage;
- Recommended Equipment: Shortsword, Shuriken, Ninja equipment (Light Armor, Robe).
